Refund & Returns Policy
At Marissence, we are committed to providing quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns only if:
- The item is not as described or substantially inaccurate.
- The item is returned within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- The item is unused, and in its original condition with the white Marissence tag still attached.
⚠️ Items returned without the tag or outside the return window will not be accepted or refunded.
To initiate a return, please email @marissencestore@gmail.com, with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.
Undelivered Orders
If your order does not arrive at the shipping address you provided, please contact the shipping company directly with your tracking number. They are responsible for the delivery of the parcel once it has left our facility and should be able to assist or offer reimbursement.
Marissence is not responsible for delays or non-deliveries caused by courier services.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Conditions
- Items returned without the original Marissence tag.
- Returns made more than 10 days after delivery.
- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way.
